With just one round remaining for the 2021 MetroMap Super Series we are delighted to announce that PON Bike Australia have seen fit to put up some massive prizes for both Elite Points Races this Friday at Victoria Park. The Focus Elite Women’s Points Race and the Cervelo Elite Men’s Points Race will decide all classifications in this year’s Super Series, with riders scoring points in the SCODY General Classification every 4 laps throughout the evening.
Managing Director of PON.Bike Australia, Graeme Moffett, is passionate about supporting the sport and helping the 2021 MetroMap Super Series finish on a high note.
“Recently Pon Bike became the world’s largest bicycle company. Owner of some of the worlds best brands: Cervelo, Focus, Kalkhoff and globally Santa Cruz, Reserve wheels, Cannondale, GT and Mongoose to name a few. Since our beginning in Australia in 2011 we have always supported local racing and the Australian Bicycle industry. It is with great pleasure that we have come on board to sponsor the final round of the 2021 MetroMap Super Series. Each of the Men’s and Women’s final round points races will fight it out for a $1500 prize pool, a total of $3000 across the two races. The Focus Women’s Points Race and the Cervelo Men’s Points Race will be a great end to what has been a fantastic series run by AusCycling here in SA. Additionally, we will be giving anyone who’s present as a spectator on the night a chance to win one of two Focus Izalco Max 9 series frameset, valued at $4999 each.”
